Thank you to all Michigan Avenue patients, as we transition our Mag Mile practice to see all patients at our River Forest office starting December 11, 2025, due to the 500 N. Michigan Avenue building conversion to solely a residential building.

Our River Forest office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

We are committed to providing high-quality care while adapting to new circumstances and ensuring the best possible services for all of our patients.

UPDATED OBSTETRICAL SERVICES

We will no longer be delivering babies after December 31, 2025.

We will continue to provide the following services:

• Comprehensive new OB testing with due-date confirmation, labs, and counseling
• Ultrasounds, including viability and nuchal translucency
• After 12 weeks, assistance transitioning care to another provider for continuity

Ongoing gynecological care includes (not limited to):

• Well Woman Visits and preventive gynecological care
• Pap smears, HPV testing, and education
• DySIS Advanced Cervical Colposcopy
• Gynecological surgery and cancer detection
• Gynecological ultrasound; treatment for gynecological problems
• LEEP procedures; laparoscopic & minimally invasive surgery
• Family planning and contraception
• Sonata Fibroid Treatment

MEDICARE OPT-OUT

Effective June 1, 2025:

• We can see Medicare patients; visits will be self-pay.
• We will not submit claims to Medicare for services provided.
• For scheduled services, we’ll provide an estimated cost in advance.
